Employer section

Welcome to the employer section of Disability Work.

People working in the non-government, non-profit disability sector are invited to create an Employer account, where they will then be able to access:

• a range of recruitment and retention tools;
• links to other disability employer websites; and
• our online polls.

Additionally, if you are currently working in the non-government, non-profit disability sector with the delegation to hire staff, and your organisation is an NDS member, you are invited to upgrade to an 'NDS Member Employer' account and begin posting free job vacancy notices.

To upgrade your account to an 'NDS Member Employer' account, simply:

• log-in;
• fill in the 'Professional information' section of your account; and
• then use our online contact form to request an account upgrade (be sure to nominate 'Employer account application' in the category field).
